IT'S MAGIC

• It's Magic is a 40' Beneteau First Series

 

• She is a strong and capable racer cruiser which is fully equipped for overnight racing in our local waters.  She has 3 separate cabins as well as 2 berths in the main salon.​

• 4 spinnakers and a storm sail (which we do not intend to use!).It's Magic carries, in addition to her Mainsail which has 3 reef points, a new 140% Genoa, and a new 100 % jib.​

•  Hot and Cold running water/ head with shower

•  Propane stove and barbecue

 

• She is berthed in beautiful Stanley Park, BC close to downtown Vancouver.
